Six disciplines. One accountable team.
Every service below connects design to validated simulation. The engineer who models the part is the engineer who sizes it, so the geometry and the numbers never drift apart.
CAD & Product Design
We take a product from concept sketch to a production-ready CAD dataset: concept modelling and surfacing, then detailed design built around the manufacturing process it will actually use — machined, moulded, sheet-metal, or printed.
Every model ships with a drawing package. Fully dimensioned 2D drawings, tolerances that the chosen process can hold, and a bill of materials that matches the tree. We also rebuild parametric models from physical parts or legacy 2D data.
The same discipline extends to airframe and unmanned-vehicle structure: primary and secondary structure, fittings, joints, and mounting interfaces sized against static and dynamic load cases, in composite and metallic construction.
Programme-specific and defense-related work is available on request under NDA and is not detailed publicly.

Finite Element Analysis
Static structural, modal, buckling, and fatigue analysis of parts and full assemblies, in metallic and composite construction. We build the idealisation deliberately — contact, fasteners, and boundary conditions chosen to answer the question you asked, not to make a pretty plot.
You get margins against the load cases you specify, the mesh and convergence evidence behind them, and a written statement of assumptions and limits. Where a result drives a design change, we say what to change.

Finite Element Modelling/Analysis
Full-model FE build and analysis across the standard structural checks — modal, stress, and buckling — plus CFD and flutter analysis where the load case calls for it.
Every model result is backed by hand and analytical calculations, so a number on a plot is also a number we can defend on a whiteboard. Each study closes with a full written report: assumptions, boundary conditions, and the margin against the case you specified.

Computational Fluid Dynamics
Internal and external flow: ducting and manifold pressure drop, fan and impeller performance, external aerodynamics, and thermal-fluid coupling where heat and flow cannot be separated.
We run the design as a loop rather than a single check — geometry variants compared on the same mesh strategy and boundary conditions, so the comparison means something.

Multiphysics & EM Simulation
Coupled problems where electromagnetic, thermal, and structural behaviour drive each other: induction heating and coupling, field distribution around electrodes and coils, sensor and actuator response.
These models are built physics by physics and then coupled, so each stage can be checked against something measurable before the full solution is trusted.

Production Support
On the production side we issue the documentation the shop floor actually needs — manufacturing process sheets, bills of materials, and CNC-ready drawing packages, dimensioned and toleranced to what the process can hold.

- ✓BOMs & production documentation
- ✓CNC-ready drawing packages
