Engineering company. Aerospace-grade standards.

AeroZen Technologies is an engineering company built around aerospace-grade structural discipline. We design, size against real loads, and document well enough to build — under one accountable team.

Our mission

To give hardware programmes — aerospace and industrial alike — a single accountable team for design and analysis, so decisions get made once, with the numbers already in hand.

Founded 2024 · Islamabad, Pakistan

AeroZen Technologies was founded in 2024 by engineers who had spent their careers on opposite sides of the same handoff: designing parts that analysis would later reject, or analysing parts they had no hand in shaping. We started the company to close that gap.

We named it AeroZen because that is the standard we hold every programme to. Zen is the discipline of stripping a design down until only what is necessary remains; Aero is the standard that discipline has to meet before it flies. Clients come to us when a design has to be creative and verifiably correct at the same time — when a bracket has to fit, a housing has to survive a drop, or a structure has to pass qualification.

Today AeroZen works across aerospace structures, product design, and industrial simulation, run as one accountable practice rather than a design shop and an analysis house stitched together after the fact.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to.

01

Validate before we build

No geometry leaves the studio unsized. If we cannot show the margin, it is not finished.

02

Document to standard

Drawings to ASME Y14.5 or BS8888, with tolerances that a machinist can actually hold.

03

Design for the real build

DFM and DFA reviews are part of design, not a gate at the end of it.

04

Explain the numbers

Every report states loads, assumptions, mesh, and limits — so you can challenge it.

CEO

Aamir Hayat

Aircraft/UAV Structural Design & Analysis Engineer

Sixteen years in aerospace structures since 2010. Aamir builds and analyses metallic and composite aircraft and UAV structures — CAD modelling, static and dynamic FEA, modal, buckling and fatigue assessment. He plans and supports structural qualification testing, and issues GD&T drawing packages to ASME Y14.5 and BS8888. He also runs DFMEA and DFMA reviews and carries designs through production engineering.

How we engage

From brief to production-ready.

01 Brief

Define requirements

Loads, envelope, materials, standards, and what "done" means.

02 CAD

Model & iterate

Parametric models built for manufacture, not just for looks.

03 Simulate

Analyse & refine

FEA, CFD, or coupled physics to size the design against real loads.

04 Validate

Test & document

Test plans, procedures, and reports that stand up to review.

05 Handoff

Production-ready

Drawing packages, BOMs, and process sheets ready for the shop floor.

Capabilities

What AeroZen practices.

Practice area

Aerospace structures

Airframe and UAV structural design, sizing, and qualification in metallic and composite construction.

Practice area

Product & industrial design

Concept-to-production CAD for consumer and industrial hardware, built around the manufacturing process.

Practice area

Simulation & multiphysics

FEA, CFD, and coupled electromagnetic-thermal-structural analysis across every project we take on.

Standards

GD&T to ASME Y14.5 / BS8888

Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing applied consistently across every production drawing package.

Methodology

DFMEA & DFMA

Design failure mode analysis and design-for-manufacture-and-assembly reviews on every programme.

Quality

Documented assumptions & margins

Every analysis report states loads, assumptions, mesh, and limits, so results can be checked and defended.
